Scale Planner is an early-stage product conceived and built by Treora to explore how growing service organisations can evaluate future work before committing to it. It brings together pipeline demand, project plans, specialist capacity, contract economics and cash-flow forecasts to make important trade-offs easier to see.

Scale Planner was conceived to make those interactions visible earlier.

The present prototype uses structured inputs and deterministic calculations to evaluate project plans together and identify future pressure points.
It is designed as a leadership decision-support tool, not a replacement for CRM, accounting systems or day-to-day project management software.
- Capacity by role and week. See when planned work exceeds available specialist capacity.
- Contract delivery pressure. Identify work affected by capacity constraints.
- Contract economics. Consider planned delivery costs and billing choices.
- Cash-flow forecasts. View forecast receipts, costs and the timing of cash exposure.

Python-based computation, APIs, a React interface and an integrated capacity, contract-impact and cash-flow planning model.

AI-assisted initial planning from RFPs and historical projects, followed by AI-generated mitigation options that are checked against the deterministic model.
Intended deployment
Customer-hosted configuration around an organisation's own operating model and data. This is a proposed delivery approach, not a claim of current customer installations.
What it demonstrates
Technical product thinking in practice
Scale Planner was developed from discussions with founders and operational leaders, then translated into a prototype combining business processes, data structures, computational modelling and user interaction.
For Treora, it is both an early-stage commercial product concept and a tangible demonstration of independent problem discovery, solution design and hands-on delivery.

The intended role of AI is to propose plans and alternatives. Capacity and financial consequences are then evaluated using explicit calculations that can be inspected and challenged.
