Treora Data & Strategy is a Luxembourg-based independent consultancy founded in 2025 to help organisations understand complex operational and technical problems, develop practical solutions and deliver measurable improvements.
Why Treora exists
A surprisingly large share of business problems sits between functions, systems and teams. The symptoms are visible; the causes and consequences are often much less clear.
Treora brings together systems and process analysis, data modelling, technical product thinking and programme delivery. The aim is not to produce analysis for its own sake, but to turn understanding into changes that improve how an organisation works.
Founder
Kevin Campbell
Kevin is a Senior Technical Programme Manager with over 20 years' experience delivering technology and operational change at Amazon and Clearstream / Deutsche Börse Group. His background spans software engineering, technical product ownership, business process optimisation, applied machine learning and team leadership.
At Amazon he established and led the EU Transportation Systems Optimisation function, which delivered an average of $30–40M in annual cost savings over five years. He subsequently led technical product delivery for major Umbrella enhancements and continued oversight of NEMO's predictive-modelling development.
Earlier, at Clearstream, he progressed from software engineering to technical product ownership of the securities lending platform. He identified and led an integration that contributed to fivefold growth in lending activity and more than $30M in additional annual revenue.
Based in Luxembourg, Kevin works with organisations primarily in the EU and UK. Treora offers a way to engage his experience directly for contract assignments or defined consultancy projects.

Alongside consulting, Treora is developing Scale Planner, an early-stage capacity and financial planning prototype. It shows how Kevin applies problem discovery, product design, data modelling and hands-on development to a current business challenge. AI-assisted planning and optimisation remain in development.
