About Treora

We seek to understand. Guessing is expensive.

Treora was created to solve a specific problem: helping service organisations decide whether growth is truly deliverable before they commit.

Why Treora exists

As service organisations grow, the hardest question is often not whether they can win more work, but whether they can deliver it profitably without creating strain later.

Sales, delivery, finance, and operational tools each show part of the picture. But leadership often still lacks a clear forward view of how capacity, timing, and commitments interact over time.

Treora helps leadership teams make those interactions clearer, so they can make better decisions before delivery, margin, or confidence in the plan starts to weaken.

Founder

Kevin Campbell

Kevin helps leaders understand whether new work can be delivered profitably, where constraints are likely to appear, and what trade-offs sit behind growth decisions. His work sits at the intersection of analytics, operational reality, and hands-on delivery.

Over more than 20 years, Kevin has worked in complex environments including Amazon and Deutsche Börse Group, where local decisions could have system-wide effects. That experience shaped Treora’s focus: making the operational consequences of commitments visible before they become expensive.

Based in Luxembourg, Kevin works primarily with EU and UK organisations and brings a plain-speaking, pragmatic approach to problems that are often made harder than they need to be.

How Treora works

Focused on one problem

Treora is built around helping service organisations make clearer decisions about what they can commit to, when, and at what cost, not around selling a long list of generic consultancy services.

Senior and hands-on

You work directly with experienced leadership. No junior layers, no inflated team structure.

Decision-led

The goal is not analysis for its own sake. It is clearer choices on hiring, prioritisation, timing, margin, and risk.

Pragmatic and measurable

Treora keeps language plain, surfaces trade-offs early, and focuses on outcomes that are visible to the business.

Broader expertise, used where it helps

Depending on the engagement, Treora’s work may also draw on analytics, product and programme leadership, operational redesign, and pragmatic AI advisory.

These are not separate stories. They are supporting capabilities used in service of the same goal: helping organisations make clearer growth and delivery decisions with greater control and confidence.
