He’s hands-on: he sits with your teams, diagnoses real constraints, designs simple mechanisms, and ships improvements that hold up under pressure. He has led large-scale programmes with Amazon and Deutsche Börse Group, working across high-availability systems and regulated environments, and is comfortable pairing cloud-native analytics/ML with pragmatic delivery. His work sits where analytics, product strategy/TPM, and operations meet.
Based in Luxembourg with an EU/UK focus, Kevin works remote and keeps language plain, surfaces trade-offs early, and measures outcomes so they’re obvious to the business—not just the data team. References available on request.
